Congratulations to Kendra Jackson Mason, the winner of our very first Bonavita and Serta Mother’s Day Twitter giveaway! The #MammaSaid week-long Twitter contest ended on Thursday, May 6th and our winner was announced just in time for Mother’s Day! To enter the contest, Kendra became a follower of both @Bonavita and @sertamattresses on Twitter, and then shared her favorite Mom advice. Kendra tweets as @akritical on Twitter.
Kendra won a Mother’s Day Nursery Package that includes a Bonavita Liberty Lifestyle® Crib and Double Dresser, a Serta crib mattress and a limited edition Serta Counting Sheep plush toy.
The 31-year-old is married and a Mom to an eight year old daughter. They live in Charlottesville, VA where Kendra is a registered nurse and her husband a licensed professional counselor.
When we contact Kendra to tell her the news, she was beyond thrilled!
“My husband and I are trying to have another baby,” said Kendra. “Since our first child was born eight years ago, we have nothing to reuse! Winning is like a reward, I feel like I’m being blessed for living right and doing the right things.”
So what was the best advice Kendra received from her Mother?
“Always stay focused on education and finishing college.”
